Confirel signs a MoU with public institutions of advanced agricultural education

On April 6 at the Ministry of Agriculture, Dr. Hay Ly Eang, President and Founder of Confirel, and Deans of public institutions of advanced agricultural education (Royal University Agriculture, Preak Leap National Institute of Agriculture, Kampong Cham National Institute of Agriculture) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at framing and strengthening their cooperation for agricultural development.

This 3-year agreement focuses on technical collaboration in the areas of microbiological and other analyses, research and innovation. It also institutionalizes the exchange of trainees in training programs.

It is specified that all patents, study, research, training and other documents created within the framework of this protocol are the common property of both parties and can only be published nationally or internationally with the agreement of both parties.
